Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract). Apply along lashlines as desired. Replace cap tightly. For a thinner, more precise application, apply using small, short strokes. For a smoky look, draw a thicker line, extending just beyond the outer corner of eyes. Smudge with eyeliner brush or cotton swab.
