How To Use

Shake Well Before Use. 1\. Take a cotton pad and saturate with the remover. 2\. Place over eyes; hold for 10 seconds to let the remover work its magic! 3\. Gently wipe away to remove wisps and Bond & Seal. Clean & Reuse Wisps: Step 1: Place WISPS on a cotton pad or paper towel. 2. Drop some remover onto the wisps. Let sit for 10 seconds. 3\. Saturate a cotton swab with remover & work gently to wipe away any Bond & Seal residue on the wisps.
