Starting at the inner corner of the eye, draw a thin line along the lash line. At the middle of the eye, start to thicken the line. Extend past outer corner of eye and flick upward toward eyebrow. For a more intense cat eye look, extend line downward from the inner corner of the eye. For best results, store product horizontally. Precautions: Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage, and in extreme cases, even blindness.
