To use gel eye liner: Line upper and/or lower lash line. To use liquid liner: Prior to use, shake liner well with cap on. To apply, begin at the inner eyelid and carefully drag pen tip across to outer eyelid as close to lash line as possible. To achieve a winged liner look, use the fine tip of the liner to outline a wing shape, then fill in and connect to upper lash line. Thicken line as desired for a more dramatic look.
